You are cordially invited to the traditional Banquet of Saint Sava, as we celebrate the seventieth anniversary since the consecration of our church. The Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the Marriott Hotel – Downtown (85 West Street, New York City, NY 10006), from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. The Banquet will also be attended by Their Royal Highness Crown Prince Aleksandar II Karađorđević and Princess Katarina as guests of honor. All proceeds from the Banquet will be used towards the reconstruction of St. Sava Cathedral in New York.
Program for the night:
6 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Welcoming and Greeting guests, including open bar
7 p.m. – 11 p.m.: Dinner, music and main entertainment program
Free red wine, white wine, and soft drinks will be served throughout the evening.
Special musical program will feature “Frula Show” band with renditions of modern and traditional Serbian music, as well as vocal performance by Jovana Lončarević.
